Teambuilder |

Using the TeamBuilder
Software is easy! For tips and conventions that will
help you maximize your TeamBuilder experience, click on
the topics
below.
Navigation
|
The Dashboard serves as
the home screen for all Teambuilder users
following successful login. Many panels and
screens can be access directly from the
Dashboard. To navigate from one
section to the next, use the dropdown menu Tabs
at the top of the TeamBuilder screen.
To return to the Dashboard,
click on the "Home" link located in the top
right corner of the TeamBuilder
screen.
Note: It is always best to navigate using the
Teambuilder tabs and links. Please avoid using
the brower's "Back" button as it may cause the
loss of newly entered data.

Data Tables
|
TeamBuilder data and information is
frequently displayed in table format. This
allows users to quickly sort, navigate, and
drill down on large amounts of information.
Many Data Tables can be initially sorted by
selecting Filter options from
dropdown menus either above or below the table
display.
When viewing a Data Table, Columns can be
sorted by clicking the blue column header, such
as "Status". A sorting arrow will be displayed
in that column to indicate the direction of the
sorted information. To reverse the direction of
the sorted colum, click the column again. Note
that the sorting arrow changes from the default
"high-to-low" into a "low-to-high" image.
For Data Tables that contain many fields,
users can paginate through the data by clicking
the page number links at the bottom of the
table.

Search
| A search bar is
contained on the top right of the TeamBuilder
interface. Users can select either Prospects or
Users, and enter full or partial names in the
text box Search field to locate a Specific
User.
|
Using Forms
|
TeamBuilder Forms follow a
linear process when adding new or editing
existing information. Please use
the tabs on the form to navigate to different
sections. Using your browser's back button
will cause you to lose your most recent
data. You should also ensure that your
work is saved by clicking the "Save" or "Next"
buttons before moving on to the next
tab.
Some fields are required by TeamBuilder in
order to save or move on. These fields are
denoted by a "*"
(red asterisk).
