Hiring percentage in comparison with preset goals can be viewed at the Company level and drilled down to specific offices, and to individuals within those offices. These Goals are set in your Company Management Preferences. To view a Hiring vs Goals report:

1. Choose the Type of report to display - Column, for a table view, or Graph, for a graphic illustration.
2. Your Company is already selected, but you may choose to view all offices or a select office in your report by selecting it from the dropdown list.
3. Click  Generate Report.  The report displays, and the report parameters are shown to the left. If you'd like to update or change parameters, you can update the fields of your choice and click Generate Reportto display your changes.
4. For a summary report, click Company Performance .
5. Each report allows different areas for drilldown. All results that are hyperlinked can be clicked on to drill down to a more detailed view.
6. To save your report information for future reference, click on Export to Excel or Email .
7. For a printable version of your report, click Print .
