The TeamBuilder Software Dashboard is displayed immediately after successful Login. You can return to the Dashboard view at any time by clicking the Home link in the top right corner of the TeamBuilder window.

The Dashboard contains several information modules which contain information and Quick Links to commonly-used features in the TeamBuilder environment, including:

Reminders

From the Dashboard Reminders Panel, you can view, sort, and Edit current reminder events . To edit a reminder, click on the reminder name.

Prospects

A list of Prospects, their relative information, and the status of the prospect can be viewed in the Dashboard Prospects Panel. To sort prospects, use the filter dropdowns, or click in the blue column headers. To Edit a prospect , click on the prospect name.

Reports

If applicable to your user status, a graphical report of Hiring Performance vs. Goals is displayed in the Dashboard Reports Panel.

Add Prospect

To Add a Prospect directly from the Dashboard Add Prospect Panel, enter the prospect information and click Continue.The information you have entered will be auto-completed in the first tab of the Add Prospect form.

Quick Links

The Dashboard Quick Links Panel allows direct linking to modules within the TeamBuilder Software, as well as easy reference for external Web Sites. These links are customized in the setup of your TeamBuilder environment. Contact TeamBuilder to update these links.
